Media Release: Rosella Namok New Moon in the City Rosella Namok: New Moon in the City Exhibition Opening Friday 9 May 6-8pm Conversation with the artist 5:30pm New Moon in the City is a dynamic new body of work by artist Rosella Namok. Namok grew up in the Aboriginal community of Lockhart River and for the past eleven years has lived just outside of Cairns. Her latest series of evocative works represent an optimistic and reflective outlook that follows her move from the bush to the city. |
